Dr. Sarah Owen
Veterinarian
Dr. Sarah Owen was born and raised in Houston, TX. She graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX with a Bachelor’s in Science. She earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in the West Indies and lived there in the Caribbean for 3 years. For her clinical year of veterinary school, she attended Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine. While in school, she trained in veterinary acupuncture for small animals through the Chi Institute in Florida.
Dr. Owen is committed to empowering pet owners and thoroughly enjoys forming relationships with her wonderful pet patients and their owners. Her areas of interest are dermatology, preventive care, and surgery. Outside the clinic, she enjoys exploring new restaurants in the Houston area, painting, and caring for her many plants. Dr. Owen shares her home with her fiancé, two dogs, one cat, and two snakes.
